The Commodore 64 Is Making A Comeback as THEC64 Mini. On March 29!

Commodore 64 Is Making A Comeback as of March 29. In Miniaturized Form!

The original Commodore 64, shortened as C64 was the best selling computer of the 1980’s. Now, you can relive the 8-bit fun on March 29 when THEC64 Mini launches!

The C64 Mini now has an official release date. And it’s a lot sooner than you think. Retro Games LTD announced that their minified version of the C64 will be releasing on March 29, with heaps of games included. But that’s not all, THEC64 Mini not only does games, it’s also a fully functional version of the original hardware. Using Basic commands, users can use the new hardware exactly as they would have back then.

THEC64 Mini is about half the size of the original computer and includes two USB ports for the joysticks and keyboard, as well as HDMI out to plug the unit into modern screens. Additionally, users will be able to update the unit by flashing a USB stick and plugging it into THEC64 Mini. Wild huh?

THEC64 Mini will include the unit, a power cable, a joystick, an HDMI cable and a paper manual!

An absolute plethora of games installed, including the ones below. Sadly, it’s lacking my personal favorite, The Last Ninja, but who knows, maybe we can install that one later! You can secure yours at the
