Gaming Anniversaries April 22- Pokemon Diamond and Pearl

Released in North America on April 22 2007- Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

The franchise that lead to great success on many different Nintendo platforms had its fifth installment released on the DS. Pokemon Diamond and pearl featured 107 new Pokemon from the previous entries.

The story and game play are much the same as other Pokemon games. You play as a kid who just receives his first Pokemon and are about to start your adventure. Solving a multitude of puzzles and challenges along the way to catch all the Pokemon in the region.

Pokemon Diamond and pearl went on to sell more than 18 million units worldwide. At the time, it was the best selling entry in the series.
