Considered to be one of the best video games ever made. Castlvania Symphony of the night was originally a sleep hit on the PS1. It quickly gained popularity and later was ported to many different systems.

The game features side scrolling game play and the freedom of exploration not unlike an RPG and seldom seen in a plat former.
