Video reveals something of a new Atari Console in the future

A 21-second video recently appeared on the site ataribox.com revealing a little something about a possible new atari console just before E3.

The teaser video starts with a beat with some classic sound effects, then pans over a grey and woodgrain box with the Atari logo in the middle that lights up. Further, it asks for your email to “be the first to know” It’s impossible to know at this point what it could be and whether or not it’s just an emulator box. But the idea of a brand new console from Atari is very interesting. Especially after so long. The video’s title on YouTube is even entitled “First look: A brand new Atari product. Years in the making.” Just below you can check out the teaser video for yourself!

This is very interesting. Perhaps Atari (or a licensee) will surprise us all with a full announcement next week at E3?
